This Privacy Policy describes Our policies and procedures on the collection, use, and disclosure of Your information when You use www.billmefoundation.org ( “Website”) and tells You about Your privacy rights.

Third-Party Service Providers: These third-party vendors collect, store, use, process, and transfer information about Your activity on Our Service in accordance with their Privacy Policies. We may use third-party Service providers to monitor and analyze the use of our Service.

In addition, the Company reserves the right to share the information You have provided in the circumstances:

The information stored on the blockchain may include purchases, sales, and transfers related to your blockchain address and NFTs held at that address.Retention of Your Personal Data

The Company will retain Your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the Purpose set out in this Privacy Policy.

We may continue to retain your Personal Data even after you cease to use the Service if such retention is reasonably necessary to comply with our legal obligations, to resolve disputes, prevent fraud and abuse, enforce our Terms and Conditions or other agreements, and/or protect our legitimate interests. Where your Personal Data is no longer required for these purposes, we will delete it.

The Company will also retain Usage Data for internal analysis purposes. Usage Data is generally retained for a shorter period of time, except when this data is used to strengthen the security or to improve the functionality of Our Website, or We are legally obligated to retain this data for longer time periods.
